Each year, The Council continues to advance its mission to provide resources and opportunities to reduce the impact of addiction and to improve related health issues for the entire five county area of Southeastern Pennsylvania.  The Council provides help, hope and healing through prevention, consultation, education, advocacy, assessment, intervention and recovery support services.  Through our many diverse programs, we have seen many lives changed for the better.
