The Council is a partner provider for the warm handoff programs in both Bucks County (BCARES) and Philadelphia. The program match hospitals with nearby treatment centers, which will provide certified recovery specialists to respond when people who have experienced overdose, as well as others with substance use disorder, to provide support and engagement services.Read The Full Story >
