The Philadelphia Recovery Community Center (PRCC) is a collaboration between the City of Philadelphia, Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual DisAbility Services and Pennsylvania Recovery Organization Achieving Community Together (PRO-ACT), a grassroots advocacy initiative. The PRCC offers a unique blend of services geared towards strengthening recovery within an inclusive community-based setting.
The purpose of the PRCC is to provide a physical place for recovery development, be a medium for connecting people with recovery needs to people with recovery assets, offer a platform for the recovery voice to be heard, provide a venue for healthy, drug/alcohol free socialization, and support recovery efforts throughout all stages of recovery.
