When Pennsylvania’s Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs launched the Regional Recovery Hubs project in 2023, PRO-ACT was selected as the partner for Region 1 – Philadelphia and Region 4 Berks, Bucks Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery and Schuylkill Counties. The goal of the Recovery Hubs project is to build on the region’s capacity for Recovery Support Services, provide training and technical assistance to these who want to implement and/or improve those services, and Celebrate Recovery throughout the Commonwealth.

The Recovery Hubs Project is designed to engage in an ongoing needs assessment process to evaluate and map recovery support services available in the region, the prevalence of recovery amongst community members, and identifying priorities, opportunities, and gaps to inform the availability of training and technical assistance.
